William E. Rupp Scholarship

Provides scholarship for tuition, fees and books to a Monroe County, Michigan resident and US citizen. Applicants must have a minimum 3.4 GPA. Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment at MCCC during their scholarship year. Financial need will be considered.
