Suzanne M. Wetzel and The Foundation at Monroe County Community College

Deborah L. Beagle was born June 27, 1957, in Toledo, Ohio, to Robert and Joann (Pugsley) Young, and graduated from Waite High School in 1975.

On January 10, 1983, Debbie married the man she fell in love with at the roller skating rink, Bruce Beagle, and they have been happily together for over 32 years.

After running a successful day care for several years, Debbie returned to school earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Adrian College. She then worked for Robertson, Eaton & Owen accounting firm, Summerfield High School as their business manager, and most recently for Monroe Community College as Director of Financial Services. She was a member of the First United United Methodist Church and a former member of Zonta.

She passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015, at the age of 57.

In addition to her husband, Bruce, she is survived by their two sons, Matthew Beagle and Brian Beagle; siblings: Ron Young; Carmen (Joe) Wallace; Linda (Marty) Vanyo; Melody Young and Kevin Young; and numerous nieces and nephews.
